What is the warranty on repairs?
All our repairs come with a 6 month warranty covering both the part replaced and labour.
Do I have to make an appointment?
It is not strictly necessary, you can come directly to us. However, if you call or write to us beforehand, we can make sure we have the part ready and speed up the repair even more.
What happens if my mobile phone is beyond repair, and do I have to pay anything?
No. If after our diagnosis we determine that the phone cannot be repaired or that the cost is not worth it, we will not charge you anything at all for the overhaul.
Is my data (photos, contacts) deleted during the repair?
For the vast majority of repairs (screens, batteries, etc.), your data is not affected. We always recommend backing up as a precaution, but your data is safe with us.
What is included in the 3-month warranty?
For repair or replacement in general the warranty covers only manufacturing or installation defects of the new components, explicitly excluding damage caused by knocks, falls, pressure or other external factors that may cause a new breakage.
