Is there an official Apple Store in Tenerife?

There is no official Apple Store in Tenerife or on any of the Canary Islands. In Spain, there are 12 physical Apple Stores, all of which are on the mainland. At Macys Digital, we stock the full range of Apple products, all with genuine stock and an official warranty, in Playa de las Américas, South Tenerife.

How much does an iPhone cost in Tenerife, including IGIC?

In the Canary Islands, products are subject to IGIC (7%) rather than the mainland VAT rate (21%). This means real savings on all Apple models. Check the current prices in our online shop or message us on WhatsApp to find out the availability and exact price of the model you’re interested in.

Do you carry out iPhone and Mac repairs in Tenerife?

Yes. We offer a repair service at our shop in Playa de las Américas. We repair iPhones, iPads, Macs and AirPods without the need to send the device to mainland Spain. Bring your device in directly or contact us via WhatsApp for a preliminary assessment.

Do you provide services in English and other languages?

Yes. Our team can assist you in Spanish and English, both in-store and via WhatsApp. We also offer special set-ups with keyboards in other languages for tourists and European residents in Tenerife.

Do you deliver to all the Canary Islands?

Yes, we deliver throughout the Canary Islands within 24–48 hours. You can also shop online securely from any of the islands. If you’d prefer to collect your order in-store, we’re located at CC Parque Santiago, Units 165–167, Playa de las Américas, South Tenerife.
