As a result of your relationship with us, we may process different categories of personal data, always depending on the service or product contracted with us. This data may be collected by any of the means that Teidemanser S.L. offers, both online and in person. The categories of data processed may be the following:
Identifying information of natural persons: first and last name, ID card/identification document, date of birth, place/city/country of birth, telephone, e-mail, address, signature, electronic signature, social security number, voice, image, IP address, cookie ID, location data, social network profile ID/links, mobile device ID.
Academic and professional data: education and qualifications, professional experience
Bank details: bank account number, credit card number, credit card number, etc.


3.- PURPOSE AND LEGITIMACY: WHY AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE ARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA USED?
Teidemanser S.L. informs you that it may process your personal data for the purposes indicated below, insofar as there is a legal basis for each processing.
The GDPR and the LOPDGDD establish that a person's information (his or her "personal data") may only be processed if one of the legitimate grounds expressly provided for in those rules is present. More specifically, and in this regard, Article 6 of the GDPR establishes a closed list of the legitimate bases that may be used to justify and legitimise the processing of personal data:

  • Contractual relationship.
  • Vital interests of the data subject or of other persons.
  • Fulfilment of a legal obligation for the data controller.
  • Public interest or exercise of public powers.

    Teidemanser S.L. will carry out processing of your data, in some cases, under the legitimate interest provided for in article 6.1.f) of the GDPR, insofar as it considers that it does not prejudice the right of customers to the protection of their personal data. This provision authorises processing operations which are - necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, provided that such interests are not overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require the protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child.

    For all processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest, Teidemanser S.L. has carried out what is known as a "balancing test". This is an internal analysis to confirm that the legitimate interest of Teidemanser S.L. does not harm the interests of its customers in the protection of their personal data.     The main purposes for which your personal data may be used and the legitimate bases for each processing operation are as follows:

    Purpose: compliance with accounting, legal, fiscal and administrative obligations.
    Legitimation: contractual performance, fulfilment of legal obligation.
    Provision of services
    Purpose: To prepare personalised estimates, provide you with the services requested and invoice you for them. Management of product guarantees.
  • In the case of the repair service, Teidemanser S.L. recommends, if possible, to deliver the devices to be repaired free of information and personal data. Teidemanser S.L. is not responsible for the information contained in the storage devices object of the service, as well as for the loss of the same as a consequence of manipulation by our personnel during the provision of the service. It is the customer's responsibility to make backup copies of the data contained therein.
    In any case, the data to be accessed are not processed directly, but are stored in the devices to be maintained or repaired. Access is ancillary to the purpose of the order, given that for the repair of the devices it is indispensable, in some cases, to be able to extract, store and re-enter the information contained therein.
    Teidemanser S.L. guarantees that the persons authorised to process personal data undertake, expressly and in writing, to respect confidentiality and to comply with the corresponding security measures. Legitimation: Pre-contractual and/or contractual execution.
    Management of your request for registration as a user of the website/platform
    Purpose: In case you decide to register as a user on our website/platform, we need to process your data to identify you as a user of the same and give you access to its various features, products and services that are available to you as a registered user. You can cancel your registered user account by contacting us at teidemanser@gmail.com.
    Legitimation: Contractual execution. The processing of your data is necessary for the execution of the terms that regulate the use of the website/platform.
    For the development, fulfilment and execution of the contract of sale or services that you have contracted with us through the website/platformPurpose: This purpose includes the processing of your data mainly for:
  • Manage the payment of the products you buy, regardless of the payment method used.
  • Management of the delivery of the product or provision of services.
  • Manage possible returns once you have made a purchase.
  • Contact you in relation to updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or services contracted, including the sending of quality surveys on the products or services provided.
    Legitimation: Contractual performance. The processing of your data is necessary for the execution of the contract of sale or provision of services that binds us with you.
    It is possible that some processing of data associated with the purchase process may be triggered only because you request or consent to it, such as the storage of payment (card) data for future purchases. In these cases, the basis on which we process your data is your consent.
    Video surveillance
    Purpose: Interior and exterior surveillance of the facilities in order to comply with the security operation and to prevent risks affecting the security and protection of people, premises and assets, as well as to report, when necessary, events to the competent authorities or to meet their requirements.
    Legitimation: Public interest, given that its purpose is to ensure the security of persons, goods and premises. When the basis of legitimacy of a processing operation is the "Public Interest", this processing must have a basis in Union or Member State law. In this regard, mention should be made of Law 5/2014 of 4 April 2014 on Private Security.

    Use of image
    Purpose: Capture, management, reproduction and/or publication of audiovisual files (photographs, videos, etc.) in which natural persons appear on websites, social networks, physical publications or any other medium.
    Legitimation: Your consent.
    Competitions, prize draws and events
    Purpose: Management of your participation in competitions, prize draws and other activities in which you have requested to participate.

    Referral of quality surveys
    Purpose: In order to evaluate the level of satisfaction of users with the products and/or services contracted, Teidemanser S.L. will send quality surveys in order to obtain their opinion about them and thus be able to continuously improve the provision of its services.

    Commercial communications (not expressly requested)
    Purpose: In order to be able to offer the user products and services that may be of interest to them, they will be sent offers on products and services related to those already contracted or which they have contracted in the past with Teidemanser S.L..     Commercial communications

    Purpose: Management of the query, request or suggestion made by the interested party.

    Send your CV
    Purpose: To include it in the personnel selection processes currently open or for future processes in which the candidate may fit, and may not be used for other purposes.
    Legitimation: Enforcement of pre-contractual measures.
    By providing your data by any of the means provided, you guarantee the veracity of the data provided and undertake to communicate any changes that may occur in the same.
    Please note that when we ask you to fill in your personal data in order to give you access to a feature or service, we will mark some fields as mandatory, as these are data that we need in order to provide you with the service in question. Please note that if you choose not to provide us with this information, you may not be able to take advantage of these services or functionalities or submit your request to us.

    4.- HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR DATA. HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP IT?
    The personal data provided will be kept for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. After this period has expired, we will keep your data properly stored and protected for the legally required statute of limitations. Once the statute of limitations has expired, we will delete the personal data.

    5.- TO WHOM DO WE DISCLOSE YOUR DATA?
    In order to fulfil the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, it is necessary for us to provide access to your personal data to entities that support us in the services we provide to you, namely:

The entity responsible for the database, as well as those involved in any phase of the processing and/or the entities to whom the data has been communicated - in any case always with the corresponding authorisation granted by the user - are obliged to observe professional secrecy and to adopt the levels of protection and the necessary technical and organisational measures within their reach to guarantee the security of the personal data, avoiding, as far as possible, unauthorised access, illicit modifications, theft and/or loss of data, in order to ensure the corresponding level of security of the files, according to the nature and sensitivity of the data provided by the users of this website.

    Teidemanser S.L. shall reply to the request within one month of receipt of the request. This period may be extended by a further two months if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests.
    You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to teidemanser@gmail.com. The withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to the withdrawal of consent.

    7.- WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU PROVIDE US WITH THIRD PARTY DATA OR IF A THIRD PARTY HAS PROVIDED US WITH YOUR DATA?

    Teidemanser S.L. guarantees the adoption of the appropriate measures to ensure the confidential treatment of your data, taking into account the confidential nature of the same and undertakes to ensure that such data remain secret, treating them with the utmost reserve, and declares to have implemented in its information system, the security policies corresponding to the type of data handled in accordance with the provisions of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR).
