Price reduction or termination of the contract. These shall be applicable when the consumer and user cannot demand the repair or replacement and in cases where it has not been carried out within a reasonable period of time or without major inconvenience to the consumer and user. The cancellation shall not be applicable when the lack of conformity is minor.

Cancellation of warranties

The warranty may be void for the following reasons:

The warranty does not cover

Infection of computer viruses, by the customer, in equipment, hard disks or driver diskettes or additional software.

These warranty conditions do not affect the consumer’s legal rights according to the applicable legislation.
Optical media (CD-R, CD-RW, DVD-R, DVD+R, DVD-RW, DVD+RW) are not covered by the warranty once the packaging or case has been opened or unsealed. Only optical media whose packaging has not been opened can be returned at the customer’s expense.

Replacement of an irreparable product.

If the product is considered irreparable, cannot be repaired or the cost of repair is disproportionate to its value, it will be replaced by another similar product. If the latter is not possible, we will offer you a product with identical or superior characteristics.

The replacement of your product will terminate your sales contract and warranty extensions, if any, because when you purchase your new product, it will benefit from a new contract as a new purchase.
Processing of the warranty
