Your Personal Trainer on Your Wrist
For fitness enthusiasts, the wristband acts as a comprehensive fitness tracker capable of automatically recording over 100 types of workouts and physical activities (such as running, cycling, using an elliptical trainer or swimming). Although it does not have a separate GPS chip on its circuit board, it synchronises with pinpoint accuracy via Bluetooth with your smartphone’s GPS system to map routes and measure running distances precisely. It has a watertight design and is water-resistant to 5 atmospheres (50 metres of pressure) backed by a watertightness certificate IP68, allowing you to swim in pools, have a shower or train in the pouring rain in complete safety.
Advanced Health Monitoring and Active Safety
Fitted with a state-of-the-art BioActive optical sensor, the wristband continuously monitors your most important vital signs: the heart rate, stress levels and blood oxygen saturation (SpO2). When night falls, the sleep analysis system breaks down your sleep stages (light, deep and REM), detects snoring and provides personalised sleep coaching tips to help you sleep better. Natively synchronised with the Samsung Health app, the Galaxy Fit3 keeps you seamlessly connected to your Android smartphone.
